Working Principle


  1. Wire Feeding and Cutting: The process starts with feeding wire from a coil into the machine, where it is straightened and cut to precise lengths.

  2. First Die and Blow: The cut wire segment enters the first die station. Here, the first blow shapes the blank, typically forming the head's initial shape or preforming the shank.

  3. Second Die and Blow: The partly formed component moves to the second die. During this stage, the second blow further forms the head or other features, adding complexity and detail to the part.

  4. Third Die and Blow: In the final die station, the third blow completes the forming process, giving the bolt its final dimensions and characteristics, which may include thread rolling or additional shaping details.
