Based on Italy technology, Essebi machine, adopting an Italian made air pressure clutch and a French made multi frequency converter, the machine can be precisely controlled for inch-running, and continuous-running. When the main slide stops running, it automatically stops at the last position, maximizing the space for making machine adjustment more convenient.

The design of the pneumatic rotary clamp mechanism allows for arbitrary adjustment of the clamping force of the clamp, enabling high-speed and stable production of the machine. The first station clamp is equipped with a short material monitoring device. When a short material occurs, the clamp automatically opens, the clamping stops, and a three-color light warning is displayed.

The wire feeding wheel and wire pressing wheel are both controlled by an electric control cylinder, which can adjust the pressure of the wire feeding wheel and wire pressing wheel at any time. They automatically separate during the return trip and are equipped with one-way bearings, linear feeding, etc. to prevent the ratchet wheel from reversing and returning the material, ensuring balanced and stable feeding.

The electronic control system is equipped with a multi frequency converter with France made, which can achieve continuously variable speed during the production process. The PLC numerical control detection system automatically monitors the real-time working status of the machine, and alerts through three color lights when error occurs.
