Specialized Tasks at Each Station


  • Station 1 (Cutting/Shearing): Cuts the metal wire to a precise length, preparing it for subsequent forming processes.

  • Station 4 (Trimming/Shaping): Refines the geometry of the component, removing excess material and ensuring dimensional accuracy.

  • Station 5 (Final Forming/Fine-Tuning): Completes the part by adding finishing touches, such as threading or surface detailing, ensuring the product meets exact specifications.



Smooth Workflow 


  • The progressive nature of the multi-station design ensures a seamless transition of the workpiece from one station to the next. This eliminates bottlenecks and allows for uninterrupted production flow.

  • By distributing tasks across multiple stations, the machine achieves high efficiency and consistent output, minimizing idle time between operations.


Progressive Operation Across Stations


  • The machine is typically equipped with five or more stations, each dedicated to a specific forming operation. These stations work in sequence to transform raw material into the final product.

  • Each station performs a distinct task, such as cutting, heading, extruding, piercing, trimming, or shaping, ensuring a step-by-step refinement of the workpiece.
