Output Process


  • Ejection of Finished Parts: Once the threading operation is complete, the newly formed threaded components are automatically ejected from the machine. This ejection mechanism is designed to handle the dimensions and weights typical for screws with lengths between 150-200 mm and diameters of 14-20 mm, ensuring smooth and safe removal without damaging the threads.



Quality Assurance


  • Automatic Sorting Systems: Optional automatic sorting systems can be integrated into the production line. These systems help in organizing the produced screws based on their specifications (length, diameter) or any other criteria relevant to your production needs. This not only speeds up the post-production process but also minimizes human error.

  • Inspection Systems: Advanced inspection systems can also be added to check the quality of the threads immediately after they are rolled. These systems may use technologies such as:

    • Vision Inspection: To visually inspect the surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the threads.

Operation Parameter Control


  • Feed Rate: The speed at which the material is fed into the rolling station is meticulously controlled by the CNC system. This ensures optimal material flow, minimizing deformation defects and enhancing thread quality.

  • Rolling Speed: The rotational speed of the thread rolling dies is adjusted according to the specific requirements of the screw being produced. Precise control over this parameter helps in achieving uniform thread depth and pitch along the entire length of the screw.

  • Die Positioning: Accurate alignment of the dies relative to the workpiece is crucial for consistent thread formation. The CNC system manages the positioning of the dies to ensure they are perfectly aligned before applying pressure, thus guaranteeing precise thread geometry.
